start in downward dog with your feet against the wall. Slowly work one of your legs up the way. Move you hands towards the wall or away as needed.

Your standing leg should be as straight as possible. Bring your face as close to your leg as possible. Check you balance along the way. Breath. Repeat of the other leg.
